<p>This article aims to study in depth about Islamic religious education teachers introducing the essence of religious moderation to students in the environment of SDN Sukadana Ulu Terawas Musi Rawas South Sumatra, and to appreciate its implementation and implications. A qualitative approach is used with data collection techniques where the presentation of interviews, observations, or documentation of Islamic religious education teachers, principals, the continuity of learning, or interactive conditions at school. The results of the study show that Islamic religious education teachers have very important control, namely in the form of providing various examples of exemplary behavior which are applied to mutual respect and tolerance for the manifestation of differences in each religion, providing an understanding of the values of religious moderation in the form of interactive and participatory learning models while in class, or having a role in creating good social interactions between students of different religions understand the nature of upholding mutual respect, mutual respect, and mutual tolerance. The implementation of religious moderation is carried out in three ways, namely the learning process in the classroom, interaction in the school environment, or it can also be the interaction of the school with the surrounding community. In this implementation, it is clearly seen when Muslim students and non-Muslims can respect each other and uphold tolerance according to the philosophical values of religious moderation that have been taught. The implication is where to find a school policy that is not discriminatory in providing religious education rights to all students, and is able to create a sense of tolerance between students in wider community life. The study concluded that a teacher has a strategic role related to religious moderation in the form of exemplary behavior, learning activities, and also good social interactions. <p>Pendidikan adalah kunci utama untuk mengembangkan diri manusia. Pendidikan tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, tapi juga membantu individu berkontribusi positif pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Metode Al-Baghdadi Pada Pembelajaran Baca Al-Qur’an di Madrasah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Asy-Syafi’iyyah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data, digunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Kepala Madrasah, Guru Madrasah, dan Peserta Didik. Selain itu, situasi dan kondisi proses implementasi pembelajaran adalah sebagai objek dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Metode Al-Baghdadi Pada Pembelajaran Baca Al-Qur’an di Madrasah Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Asy-Syafi’iyyah mempunyai tiga tahapan yang mencakup: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Pada tahap perencanaan dapat dikatakan dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal ini didukung dengan buku Forum Komunikasi Diniyah Takmiliyah (FKDT) sebagai acuan untuk memastikan bahwa materi yang diajarkan sesuai dengan standar pendidikan yang ditetapkan. Kemudian pada tahap pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga kegiatan utama: pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup. Pada kegiatan pendahuluan, ustadzah memulai dengan salam, doa, dan hafalan surah pendek untuk membiasakan santri dengan bacaan Al-Qur'an. Kegiatan inti berkaitan dengan pengajaran huruf hijaiyah beserta harakat dan hukum bacaannya. Sementara pada kegiatan penutup mencakup pengoreksian bacaan, pemberian motivasi, dan doa, serta menyimpulkan materi yang telah diajarkan. Selanjutnya tahap evaluasi di madrasah ini menggunakan pendekatan komprehensif melalui evaluasi harian dan evaluasi akhir untuk menilai kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur'an. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar siswa tidak hanya mampu membaca, tetapi juga memahami dan menerapkan hukum tajwid dengan baik. Pada akhirnya, beberapa tahapan yang telah dijalankan di madrasah ini mencerminkan komitmen madrasah terhadap kualitas pembelajaran.</p>Yuliana Puspita DewiAhmad Sahnan

<p>This study aims to analyze the application of targhib and tarhib methods in increasing motivation to learn Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in elementary school students. The targhib and tarhib methods are Islamic educational approaches that combine promises of rewards (targhib) and warnings of sanctions (tarhib) to encourage positive behavior. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the application of the targhib and tarhib methods effectively increases students' learning motivation in PAI learning. Targhib is applied through giving praise, appreciation, promises of rewards in the afterlife, gifts, and other positive reinforcement when students demonstrate appropriate behavior or learning achievements. Meanwhile, tarhib is applied in the form of warnings of negative consequences, reprimands, or sanctions that are educational, not punitive, when students make mistakes or demonstrate inappropriate behavior. The implication of this study is the importance of a balanced combination of targhib and tarhib in Islamic education to shape students' character and learning motivation holistically. These two methods complement each other to achieve optimal educational goals, namely producing students who have noble character and have a high enthusiasm for learning.</p>Lulu Annisa Murti

<p>This study discusses the implementation of a Management Information System (MIS) at SMA Negeri 1 Bukateja Purbalingga and how it can support improvements in the quality of educational services. The implementation of the MIS at this school encompasses various aspects, from input to process to output, involving the management of teacher, student, financial, attendance, and personnel data. The implemented information system encompasses student data, teacher data, assessments, question analysis, test analysis, and personnel data. For input, the system relies on human resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure, and adequate funding. The data management process involves collecting, processing, storing, retrieving, and disseminating information generated using appropriate technology. The output of this system is accurate and timely information that supports school management in making quick and informed decisions. Observations indicate that the MIS at SMA Negeri 1 Bukateja Purbalingga has been running well, encompassing school identity management, setting the academic year and curriculum, student biodata management, grade reports, attendance, and financial and library administration. This system also facilitates reporting to the Ministry of Education and Culture (DEPDIKBUD) and the management of question banks. The implementation of MIS at this school aligns with the primary objectives of information systems management: to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations, facilitate data management, and support decision-making by school management.
