Instructions for developing the potential for goodness within humans so that they become truly honorable (noble) creatures. The editorial team accepts manuscripts that have never been published in other media from lecturers, researchers, students and practitioners with writing requirements. Submitted manuscripts will be evaluated and edited for uniformity in format, terms and other procedures. <strong>Khuluqiyya: Jurnal Kajian Hukum dan Studi Islam</strong> covers textual studies and fieldwork of Islamic law and Islamic Studies from various perspectives. This journal is published twice a year (every June and December), and each issue contains 5-10 articles in the fields of Islamic law and Islamic Studies, so that in a year this journal publishes 10-20 articles. This journal presents quality scientific articles, which always place Islamic law as the main focus of academic research. This journal is a debate forum for scholars and professionals concerned with Islamic law and Islamic Studies in challenging local and global contexts. This journal invites comprehensive observations of Islamic law and Islamic Studies as a system of norms in Muslim society. The research method employed is a qualitative approach focusing on literature review. This approach is designed to comprehend and analyze Muhammad Abduh's perspectives and thoughts regarding the practice of polygamy, especially within the Islamic teachings and its impact on social dynamics in Indonesia. The research findings indicate that Muhammad Abduh consistently displayed a critical stance towards polygamy. He consistently highlighted the importance of justice, equality, and well-being for all parties involved in such contexts. The relevance of Muhammad Abduh's thoughts in the Indonesian context, which encompasses a diverse society, lies in the urgency of recognizing the values of humanity and justice in applying Islamic teachings, particularly in sensitive issues like polygamy. Essentially, Abduh's viewpoints offer a perspective that considers the welfare and protection of individual rights in interpreting Islamic teachings, aligning with the social diversity present in Indonesia.
